1. Simply fill in the online form, there is a one time fee of £295 payable to audit your agreement, if you have more agreements these will be charged at £195. There is no charge for taking your case further if the agreement is flawed.

2. You will be sent a claim pack which includes a letter of authorisation allowing us and a member of the legal panel (solicitors) to deal with your Credit Agreement Provider in relation to your evaluation (audit) and potential claim.

3. A copy of your original Credit Agreement is needed if you have this please send them to us with the letter of authority.

4. If you do not have your original Credit Agreement this is not a problem we will request it directly from your creditor or loan company at no extra cost (this cost is included in your audit fee).

5. When we receive your letter of authority and original Credit Agreement, our legal panel (solicitors) will evaluate if you have a valid claim if, your claim is valid the solicitors will instigate a claim with your Credit Agreement Provider updating you every step of the way.

5.On settlement of your claim you keep 100% of the claim plus any interest.

6.We are authorised by the Ministry of Justice in relation to Claims Management Activities.
